Proof of Concept - A rapid deployment of Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM), Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), and/or Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI) that can be executed in a single environment to prove a technological concept or determine if a business requirement can be met. These services are typically measured in weeks with simple 'out of the box' deliverables.

Architecture Design - An in-depth review of business objectives, business requirements, security requirements, integration requirements, and related constraints are translated into a detailed solution design that is used as a guide for implementation. We design solutions specific to the Identity Management needs of your company. These services are typically measured in months with detailed, business-aligned deliverables.

Project Management and Implementation - The hands-on work and management of the installation, configuration, customization, and skills transfer are based upon the solution design that best suits the needs of your company. These services are typically measured in months with deliverables that include 'run-book' documentation and functional systems in multiple environments.

Role Based Access Control (RBAC)

We perform analysis of existing HR, Systems, and Process information for Role Based Access Control (RBAC). The methodology includes steps designed to integrate systems, complete the analysis process, host workshops to assist with role design acceptance, and facilitate the recertification process at the role level. This service is offered in a small fixed price option with a five week engagement, or can be customized to suit greater needs, up to and including a full RBAC role definition cycle, which typically runs at least six months. Our RBAC projects leverage CA Role & Compliance Manager for analysis, reporting, and recertification.
