 PROLIFICS ACQUIRES KEY IBM BUSINESS PARTNER WATSON SCS

NEW YORK, New York – February 19, 2010
Prolifics, the largest end-to-end systems
integrator specializing in IBM technologies, today announced that it has acquired Watson SCS, a
top notch IBM Business Partner and Information Security provider delivering Identity and Access
assurance business solutions. Watson, renowned for its first rate architects, designers, and
implementers of centralized enterprise security solutions, will expand Prolifics’ Security Practice and
the combined team will offer a wide array of security and monitoring solutions to customers.
Both companies are AAA accredited in Tivoli Security Deployments, resulting in a powerful teaming.
With this joining of forces, Prolifics will extend its market reach with a wider breadth of capabilities
and offerings to help customers secure access to information, data and applications, as well as
define and enhance security business processes.
