Kyle Watson is Chief Security Architect and founder of Watson SCS. He has over fifteen years of experience in IT Security and Infrastructure Management. He oversees projects, and is the chief architect and methodology designer. Kyle is the escalation focal point for customer satisfaction in design or implementation related situations. Kyle is a CISSP, MCSE, CNE, and certified in IBM Tivoli Security products. Kyle works closely with IBM, sets company direction, and defines the solution methodologies.

Usman Khan is the VP of Professional Services specializing in the design and deployment of Tivoli Security solutions. He has more than seven years of experience in IT Security and Enterprise Infrastructure. Prior to his employment with Watson SCS, Usman was employed by IBM Global Services as a consultant, and continues to advise and lead the delivery team on IBM projects. Usman works closely with IBM and leads the Security Architects and Specialists.

Linda Connolly is the VP of Operations and Business Development, overseeing all Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance functions at Watson SCS.  She oversees all day-to-day operations at Watson SCS, and negotiates and manages all business-to-business relationships.  Linda also drives key business initiatives and adds experienced insight to strategic and operational issues.  Linda has over 14 years experience in similar roles, and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida and a master's degree in business administration from University of Central Florida.

The balance of our team is comprised of certified Security Architects and Specialists, as well as business relations and management consultants. We work together to create efficient and cost-effective customized and ‘out of the box’ Identity and Access Management solutions across all industries.
